The item was lovely and well painted, but I added on the extra tray which never arrived. I tried reaching out and was told it would be resolved, but that was three months ago and my follow up email wasn’t responded to. Which is a bit disappointing as the tower is great, I just want the tray so the dice don’t go everywhere.

Definitely one of my favorite stores so I had to buy more! The support, customer care and the pieces themselves are fantastic!
